Comparison of various health care plans
Dear FCL Supporter,
Several health care proposals are being talked about in Sacramento, including a proposal by Governor Schwarzenegger that is not yet in the form of a bill. FCL has endorsed Senate Bill 840 (Sheila Kuehl, D., Santa Monica), The California Universal Health Care Act, and is also studying the other proposals. SB 840 recently passed the Senate Health Committee.
In order to help citizens understand some of the key differences between the various plans and make informed choices, we are making a comparison of the various plans available on the FCL Website in the form of a PDF document. The comparison was prepared by the Assembly Health Committee.
