FCL's Recommendations for the November 2006 General Election!
Dear FCL Supporter,
The FCL Board of Directors makes the following recommendations for the November 2006 General Election:
Proposition 1A: No. Transportation Funding Protection.
Proposition 1B: Neutral. Bonds for Highway Safety, Traffic Reduction.
Proposition 1C: Yes. Bonds for Housing and Emergency Shelters.
Proposition 1D: Yes. Bonds for Kindergarten-University Facilities.
Proposition 1E: Neutral. Bonds for Disaster Preparedness and Flood Protection.
Proposition 83: No. Sex Offenders Punishment, Residency Restrictions and Monitoring.
Proposition 84: Yes. Water Quality, Natural Resource Protection.
Proposition 85: No. Parental Notification Before Termination of Minor’s Pregnancy.
Proposition 86: Neutral. Taxes on Cigarettes.
Proposition 87: Yes. Alternative Energy, Oil Severance Tax.
Proposition 88: No. Education Funding, Statewide Property Tax.
Proposition 89: Yes. Political Campaigns, Public Financing, Contribution Limits.
Proposition 90: No. Government Acquisition, Regulation of Private Property.
