Send an email to your elected officials.  Follow the bills we are working on in this legislative session.

Bills We’re Following

FCLCA tracks bills of interest while the California Legislature is in session, from January until after Labor Day, and afterwards when bills that have passed both houses go to the governor where they are signed or vetoed.  During a two year session, bills may be carried over from the first year into the second year.

Through our online Action Center we publish:

  • A list of all the bills we have taken a position on
  • A short list of the bills we are working on most actively, often in coalition with other organizations
  • Action Alerts on bills at critical moments: when they are being heard in committee, on the Senate or Assembly floor for a vote or when they go to the governor
